What are my options when it comes to printed invitations?

Choose from our “Perfect Collection” of invites crafted on some gorgeous cardstock- the quality and design of which are sure to leave your guests spell-bound, you can opt for them as they are or request for a few modifications.

You can also opt for the “Bespoke Service” and simply get one designed from scratch just for you, Want to show all your guests how you met, how you were proposed to, what your common interests are or just want to design something beautiful and unique that isn’t in the collection. Anything is possible, let us know!

What is the minimum quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 100, however if some inserts are less that is not a problem. Each Invite will be referred to as a set.

For Example: Wedding Insert x 100 | Reception Insert x 100 | Sangeet Insert x 50

This is 100 sets of which 50 have 3 inserts and 50 will just have 2 inserts

What we require before we can send a quote across?

Fill in the Enquiry form with the name of the design you like from our collection along with other details, If you want to opt for the bespoke service select something that matches your taste so that we can make a tentative quote. The team will get in touch with you in 24-48 Hours.

Easy error: Quantity is one per family not per guest.

How much time does it take to design & print?

The design time varies from 3 days for something from our collection to 2 weeks for a bespoke design, the printing requires an additional of 2 weeks. For speedy deliveries you can contact us directly on hello@perfectinvites.in

What are commercials involved?

There are 3 different costs involved

  1. Design Fees: Is a min of INR 3000 if you opt for invites from the “Perfect Collection”, will go upwards for a bespoke invite depending on the requirement.
  2. Printing Fees: This is the per card printing cost, which includes the envelope, inserts, and packing charges. Our cards usually start from INR 100 per invite and upwards
  3. Delivery: Delivery/Courier charges will be on actuals and to be borne by the client.

Design fees to be paid as a token for confirmation, A 70% advance of the balance before we proceed with printing. Remaining amount to be cleared on delivery along with delivery charges if any.

What about Digital Invites?

When you opt for a printed invite, digital versions of the same will be provided to you in a non- printable pdf format, if you need Save the Dates or reminders that will be provided additionally at an extra cost.

What if I also need wedding stationery?

Matching stationery can be designed in the same theme as the cards i.e. itinerary, key card holder, luggage tags etc. Quote for the same will be provided additionally based on the requirement. This will be for designing and printing together, and not designing alone.

Do you take up only designing of the invites?

We will not be able to share any open files/printable versions of the artworks from the “Perfect Collection”, however if you want something custom, we are always happy to help!

Kindly Note: All invites will carry our branding "@perfectinvites.in ", An additional 30% of the total amount will be levied in case branding is to be excluded.
